Pet Blessing at St. Peter's Lutheran Church

St. Peter's Lutheran Church of Stafford, Virginia will be hosting its second annual Pet Blessing on Saturday, October 13, 2012 at 2:00 PM on the green behind the church.  St. Peter's is located at 1201 Courthouse Road, Stafford, Virginia, 22554.   All well behaved, leashed and innoculated pets are invited to attend with their owners and receive a blessing.  The Service of song, word, and prayer recognizes the importance of all of God's creatures and the special place that many of them have in the lives of humans.  Last year's attendees included dogs, cats, birds, frogs and horses.  More information can be obtained by calling the church office at 540-659-6366.
