Spend Yourself 5K Run/3K Walk at Columbia Baptist Church

5K Run/3K Walk in Falls Church City, Virginia, to benefit Spend Yourself®.  This race is professionally timed and USTAF certified and is primarily on the W&OD Railroad Regional Park Trail.  This is a family friendly/stroller friendly event.  T-shirts are provided to all registered participants; youth sizes are available. 

Spend Yourself® is a ministry of Columbia Baptist Church in Falls Church City that has committed to a long-term, concerted effort to address both spiritual and physical hunger around the world.  Starting as a food pantry in Falls Church serving the local community, Spend Yourself® has expanded to fight hunger in Southwest Virginia, Haiti and India.
