Organ Brass Concert at Takoma Park Seventh-Day Adventist Church

This concert features artistic organist Joy-Leilani Garbutt on the 47 rank, 3 manual Goulding & Wood pipe organ at Takoma Park performing in conjunction with Brass Mosaic, a stellar brass quintet directed by David Workman.  

This concert will feature music written for both brass and organ by distinguished composers both historic and contemporary.  Respectively, both artists will offer selections on their own and collectively, will present familiar hymn tunes and organ works that have been transcribed for brass and organ.  What better way to spend an early Saturday afternoon than with this beautiful music.  Be sure to add this date on your calendar.
