Once tax season is over, it'll be time to start shredding those sensitive documents you no longer need. Save this date and join WGTS 91.9 and the Thrivent Member Network as we join together to Shred Hunger - and your documents! In addition to shredding, we're asking you to consider a free-will food donation for the local food banks in Fairfax County, WFCM and ECHO.
We'd love to meet you, too! WGTS friends will be on-hand to say "hi" and pick up your own WGTS bumper stickers!
How much can I bring to shred?
We will be accepting 1 or 2 shopping bags of sensitive financial documents. First come/first-serve (or if truck fills up before 7pm, we will be done).
Non-perishable food items needed:
- Canned goods (fruits and vegetables)
- Pasta and pasta sauce (no glass)
- Vegetable/cooking oil
- Pancake mix and syrup
