    Best Moments of 2010

As we are reflecting on the past year we are sharing our Best Moments of 2010.  Amanda’s best moment was the birth of her third child in May, Zoe Grace.  Her name means “an abundant life of unmerited favor”…a reminder about the life that God has planned for us.  Brennan’s best moment of 2010 was traveling to Africa and meeting his sponsored child.  What about you?  Tell us about your Best Moment of 2010 at 877-948-7919 or comment below.

    Brenformation (aka Brennan’s News)

Facebook is the new Google…they are the most popular site on the internet this year…beating out Google.More people will be wishing people a happy new year tonight by text message rather than a kiss…this company that monitors how much people use their cell phone say they expect to see close to 160 million messages as the clock strikes 12.

The woman who was the inspiration of that iconic picture from the 40s of a woman in a dew rag flexing her muscle with the words We Can Do it passed away…Geraldine Doyle was 17 at the time of that picture…she died a few days ago at the age of 86…

Family safety alert this morning if you own a Ford F-series pickup, Edge SUV, or Lincoln MKX…there’s a recall coming from Ford and Chrysler because of an electrical short…

Some hospitals say you can’t take pictures until 5 minutes after the baby is born…one hospital in Hagerstown…protects patients privacy and helps cut down distractions for the staff…some hospitals have the ban in effect, some hospitals leave it up to the discretion of the doctor.

    Family Safety Tip

As you are celebrating New Year’s Eve with Family and Friends here are some tips to make sure you are safe: Be Alert: Be aware of your surroundings and how others are acting. Stay away from those who are out of control and might cause harm. Taking preventive measures is key. If someone is really intoxicated, prevent them from trying to drive or leaving with someone they do not know. It’s important to keep an eye out for each other.
Don’t Drive: If you don’t have to go behind the wheel, avoid it. More people will be driving under the influence on this particular night, so avoid a potentially dangerous accident by staying off the road. Otherwise, be alert and drive defensively. Most importantly, wear your seatbelt! Also, using public transportation is a wise option.

    Positive Thoughts

A true friend knows the real you…and loves you anyways.

Life has no limitations, except the ones you make.

Doing what you love is the cornerstone of having abundance in your life.

What really matters is what you do with what you have.

The bend in the road is not the end of the road unless you refuse to take the turn.

Don’t be afraid to give up the good to go for the great.
