Community Awareness Day
Date& Time: Oct. 30, 2011, 8:00 AM – 1:30 PM

Admissions: $5.00 ages 16 & up, choice of donation ages 15 and under.
Join Wheaton SDA for their Community Awareness Day as they support the Montgomery County Coalition to end homelessness in the community by attending a 45-minute mini walk. All are encouraged to attend, as Fannie Mae will award $50,000 to the cause if three thousand people attend. Following the walk, there is a Fundraising Brunch to bring awareness to the condition of low-income families in the community. Donations received will go towards Thanksgiving and Christmas Baskets.

Trunk or Treat in Potomac

The seven locks church will be hosting Trunk or Treat. All Children are welcome to attend. Feel free to dress in costume or come as you are to enjoy crafts, games, candy, and more.
