Volunteers are needed at local blood drives BALTIMORE, MD: – The American Red Cross Greater Chesapeake & Potomac (GC&P) Blood Services Region is seeking volunteers to assist blood collections staff at blood drives in Maryland, Northern Virginia and Washington, D.C.  “Volunteers are the heart and soul of the American Red Cross,” said Gary J.
