Life is short … a great reminder of how important it is to let our loved ones know we care about them.  Take a look at this message, but WARNING:  you’ll need tissues

A WT Woodson High School senior’s prom dress design beat out thousands of others around the country and earned her a $25,000 scholarship.

    Jesus’s Words to You …

I AM ABOVE ALL THINGS:  your problems, your pain, and the swirling events in the ever changing world …

I guarantee that you will always have problems in this life, but they must not become your focus.

When you feel yourself sinking in the sea of circumstances, ssay “Help me, Jesus!” and I will draw you back to Me.

If you have to say that thousands of times daily, don’t be discouraged.  I know your weakness, and I meet you in that very place.

-From “Jesus Calling” by Sarah Young, February 8.  (based on Ephesians 2: 6; Matthew 14: 38-32)

In his first interview after the birth of his third son,  Aaron Shust talks about some unexpected news about their new sons health. You can listen to the interview below.

*Empty pockets never held anyone back. Only empty hearts can do that.
*I can give you a six-word formula for success: Think things through, then follow through.
*Alone we can do so little; together we can do so much.
*Little by little does the trick.
*Nobody’s a natural. You work hard to get good and then work hard to get better.
    *Don’t make excuses, make good
